Role Summary
ADNOC Group is seeking a Depot Operator to support aviation fuel operations in its depots and apron areas. The role ensures quality control, safety, and serviceability checks on static and mobile equipment, along with the execution of fueling and defueling operations. This position plays a key role in maintaining compliance with operational procedures, aviation standards, and HSE requirements to guarantee safe and efficient fuel handling.

What You'll Do

• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly quality control checks on fuellers, tanks, pipelines, and equipment, ensuring compliance with aviation procedures.
• Perform serviceability checks on mobile and static equipment, including leaks, cleanliness, and test apparatus readiness.
• Monitor fuel tank levels through physical dips and gauging systems, reporting discrepancies and arranging corrective actions.
• Collect and analyze fuel samples from tanks, filters, and pipelines to verify product quality.
• Handle fueling, defueling, loading, unloading, flushing, and internal transfer activities as per operational requirements.
• Clean and maintain sampling and quality control equipment, ensuring availability for use.
• Prepare, record, and maintain documentation of all operational checks and activities.
• Comply with PPE usage and all safety regulations while performing depot operations.
• Participate in emergency drills, follow evacuation procedures, and use firefighting equipment as required.
• Report incidents and near misses immediately and support HSE initiatives, awareness sessions, and safety campaigns.

Ideal Profile

• Secondary/High School Certificate.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a depot operator.
• Valid UAE manual heavy-duty driving license.
• Valid UAE light-duty driving license (manual preferred).
• Valid forklift license (site-specific requirement).
• Strong knowledge of depot operations, fueling, defueling, and quality assurance in an aviation context.
• Demonstrated adherence to safety, emergency, and HSE standards.
