Are you a UAE National passionate about hospitality and investment?

We're looking for an Associate Analyst to join a dynamic Asset Management team supporting hotel advisory and operational excellence across the region.

This role offers an incredible opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, analyzing hotel performance, supporting management decisions, and helping ensure each property meets its financial and operational goals.

What You'll Be Doing

Conduct financial and operational analysis across assigned hotel portfolios Support the Asset Management team with reports, presentations, and research Maintain accurate documentation and assist with daily operational activities Participate in meetings and build relationships with hotel operators and clients

What We're Looking For

UAE National with a valid Family Book University degree (Finance, Business, or related field) Background in financial or business analysis Understanding of hotel KPIs and financial statements Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Experience in the GCC region is a plus Adaptable, collaborative, and eager to learn
