Job Overview
The Hospitality Analyst will work closely with internal departments and hotel operators to assess performance, identify revenue opportunities, and deliver insightful reports. This position plays a vital role in commercial planning, business case evaluation, and maintaining records to ensure informed and data-driven decision-making within a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis of hospitality assets to monitor operational and revenue performance
• Evaluate operator performance against approved plans (PAR scrutiny) and identify areas for improvement
• Analyze and interpret market trends and benchmarks to inform business decisions
• Assist in the preparation and review of business cases and strategic recommendations
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external hotel operators to align on commercial strategies
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning activities
• Prepare clear reports and presentations for senior management, using data visualization tools
• Maintain accurate records of commercial plans, contracts, and reporting documentation

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Hospitality Management, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in hospitality asset management, financial analysis, or hotel commercial strategy
• Strong understanding of hotel financial reporting, performance KPIs, and revenue management
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and financial modeling
• Familiarity with benchmarking methodologies and competitive market assessment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Attention to detail, adaptability, and ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
