We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented
Typist
with in-depth knowledge of UAE government transactions to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate must have strong typing skills in both
Arabic and English
, and practical experience dealing with multiple
government and semi-government authorities
.
Key Responsibilities:
Typing and Document Preparation
Prepare all government-related documents accurately in Arabic and English
Draft and format official letters, forms, and applications
Handling Government Transactions:
Process applications through
TAMM
and
DED - Abu Dhabi
Experience in handling
Immigration (ICA / GDRFA)
transactions (e.g., visa applications, entry permits, cancellations)
Knowledge of
Ministry of Labour (MOHRE)
systems for work permits, contracts, and labor card processing
Experience in
Emirates ID Authority (ICP)
for ID registration, renewals, and updates
Use of
Tasheel
,
Tawjeeh
, and
Tawasal
platforms
Handling of
Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA)
attestation processes
Knowledge of
Municipality transactions
and
chamber of commerce
documentations
Submission and tracking of
Police Clearance Certificates
Familiarity with
Federal Tax Authority (FTA)
VAT registration and amendments
Dealing with
Chamber of Commerce certificates
and company classification documents
Experience with
CICPA/Security Pass applications
is a plus
Customer Interaction & Support
Communicate with operation/sales to gather required documents and provide updates
Explain procedures to the operations/sales and ensure timely completion of all documentation
System Usage:
Operate various online portals related to UAE government departments
Maintain soft and hard copies of transaction records
Prepare regular reports for management on the status of applications
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years
of UAE experience as a Government Typist
Proficiency in
Arabic and English typing
Solid knowledge of
UAE labor law
and
visa processing procedures
Strong organizational and communication skills
Must be
currently in the UAE
and willing to work in Abu Dhabi

CICPA (Critical Infrastructure and Coastal Protection Authority)
Municipality Portals (ADM, AD Municipality)
FTA - Federal Tax Authority
Emirates Post, Health Authority (DOH), and Insurance Portals
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
