Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and execution of the company's external communications strategy to achieve business and brand objectives
• Ensure effective use of consistent external messaging across media, events, and communication channels
• Identify and develop compelling company stories and pitch content to ADNOC HQ for press releases, social media, exhibitions, and events
• Monitor external media coverage, flag potential risks or concerns, and recommend improvement actions
• Organize media events, press conferences, forums, and exhibitions in coordination with ADNOC Group companies
• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with media representatives and external stakeholders
• Develop business-focused communication content highlighting company activities, achievements, and milestones
• Support Group Communications in responding to media inquiries in coordination with ADNOC Downstream Communications
• Provide input and support for executive and spokesperson speaking engagements at conferences and exhibitions
• Maintain and update emergency communication response plans and participate in drills and training exercises
• Coordinate required approvals for external speaking engagements with Group Communications
• Review and provide feedback on graphics, multimedia materials, advertisements, and exhibition content
• Ensure accuracy and quality of captions, titles, audio-visual materials, and presentations
• Track external communication performance metrics and prepare ROI and effectiveness reports
• Propose initiatives to continuously improve external communications and strengthen company and group reputation

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related discipline
• Proven experience in external communications, media relations, or corporate communications within a large organization
• Experience in energy, industrial, or government-related sectors is an advantage

Skills Set

• Strong media relations and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Experience in content development, event communications, and reputation management
