Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement employee communications strategies aligned with business and program KPIs to deliver clear, consistent messaging and support two-way communication
• Design and deliver internal communications programs using leading practices tailored to employee needs, platforms, and business priorities
• Analyze the effectiveness of communication strategies and tactics using qualitative and quantitative methods and introduce new measurement approaches as required
• Manage day-to-day internal communication channels to support group brands, strategic initiatives, and priority projects with consistency and transparency
• Contribute to intranet development including structure, core content creation, governance, and continuous improvement based on usage analytics and feedback
• Support upskilling of the internal communications function and coordinate with communications practitioners across business units for integrated delivery
• Support communication strategies for change initiatives, internal campaigns, and employee engagement programs
• Build strong working relationships with business and functional leaders to act as a trusted advisor on internal communications matters
• Deliver assigned projects and related duties to support group-wide internal communications objectives

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
• Minimum of 9 years of progressive experience in corporate communications
• Experience in large-scale organizations with complex, multi-sector operations is preferred
• Strong understanding of the strategic role of internal communications in driving transformation and business outcomes

Skills Set

• Advanced knowledge of internal communications and employee engagement tools and processes
• Strong ability to design, measure, and optimize engagement and communication metrics
