Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and present a wide variety of traditional and modern Turkish dishes
Plan menus and ensure quality, taste, and presentation meet 5-star standards
Manage kitchen operations including food preparation, hygiene, and inventory
Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain consistency and excellence
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Turkish Chef in luxury hotels, restaurants, or VIP residences
Strong knowledge of Turkish cuisine and modern culinary techniques
Ability to work under pressure and deliver top-quality service
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Currently based in Qatar with transferable visa (preferred)
