We are seeking a skilled and passionate

Turkish Chef

to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will specialize in authentic Turkish cuisine, demonstrating expert knowledge of traditional cooking techniques, regional ingredients, and cultural presentation.

Prepare and cook a variety of authentic Turkish dishes such as kebabs, mezes, pide, kofte, dolma, and baklava. Develop and refine traditional Turkish recipes with a focus on flavor, authenticity, and presentation. Maintain food quality and consistency in accordance with health and safety regulations. Oversee kitchen operations including inventory management, food cost control, and ordering of specialty ingredients. Train and supervise junior kitchen staff in Turkish cooking methods and kitchen etiquette. Collaborate with the executive chef and management to create seasonal Turkish menus. Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented in accordance with restaurant standards and guest expectations.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Turkish Chef or in a similar role within a Turkish or Mediterranean restaurant. In-depth knowledge of Turkish ingredients, herbs, spices, and cooking methods. Culinary degree or professional chef certification (preferred). Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen hygiene regulations.
