As a TSYS Prime 4 Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the full card lifecycle operations within the TSYS Prime 4 environment. This includes developing and maintaining card issuance, transaction authorization, settlement, and reconciliation processes, while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining high system availability. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and enhance card management functionalities on the TSYS Prime 4 platform
• Handle end-to-end card operations: issuance, activation, authorization, clearing, settlement, and reconciliation
• Collaborate with QA teams, business analysts, and project stakeholders to gather and implement requirements
• Perform issue analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution in production and test environments
• Ensure adherence to PCI-DSS and organizational security policies
• Support deployment activities and provide post-implementation technical support
• Document system configurations, procedures, and integration flows

Job Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience with TSYS Prime 4 or similar card management systems
• Strong understanding of the card payments ecosystem (credit, debit, prepaid cards)
• Deep knowledge of transaction processing flows including authorization and settlement
• Experience with Unix/Linux systems and Oracle/SQL databases
• Proficiency in scripting and automation within card systems
• Familiarity with ISO 8583 messaging is highly desirable
• Strong problem-solving abilities with excellent communication and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a high-paced, regulated financial environment
