As an Internal Salesforce Consultant, you will lead technical design, configuration, and customization of Salesforce implementations. You'll act as a subject matter expert for business users and technical teams, managing both system enhancements and stakeholder requirements while adhering to Salesforce best practices. Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and LWC
• Configure system settings, workflows, and user permissions
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Lead workshops to gather requirements and document functional specifications
• Guide development teams where custom logic is required beyond configuration
• Conduct system testing, training, and post-deployment support activities
• Ensure compliance with change management and project governance protocols
• Maintain and achieve Salesforce certifications to stay current on platform updates
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to optimize platform usage
• Participate in data-mapping, integration planning, and performance tuning

Job Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in Salesforce application development including Apex, Visualforce, and LWC
• Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components is mandatory
• 3+ years working with enterprise applications such as Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft, or Siebel
• Demonstrated ability to deliver full-cycle Salesforce implementations
• Proven skills in requirements gathering, system design, testing, and deployment
• Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration and scalability concepts
• Experience with change control, release management, and project lifecycle tracking
