As a Prime 4 Engineer, you will be responsible for the configuration, development, and lifecycle support of card processing platforms. You will contribute to key phases including card issuance, transaction authorization, settlement, and compliance with PCI-DSS and regulatory mandates. The ideal candidate brings technical fluency in Unix/Linux environments and a deep understanding of card ecosystem protocols. Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain card management systems using Prime 4
• Oversee the entire card lifecycle from issuance through to reconciliation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, analysts, and business units
• Resolve production incidents promptly to ensure high system availability
• Support testing activities, deployments, and post-go-live operations
• Adhere to internal security controls and industry standards including PCI-DSS
• Prepare technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer as needed

Job Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with TSYS Prime 4 or similar card management platforms
• In-depth knowledge of the card payments domain including credit, debit, and prepaid solutions
• Expertise in transaction processing systems (authorization, clearing, settlement)
• Proficiency in Unix/Linux environments and shell scripting
• Solid command of Oracle SQL or similar relational databases
• Familiarity with ISO 8583 messaging protocol is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities
