Location: Dr Safeenas Wellness Clinic, Dubai

Department: CANDLE - Centre for Autism, Neuro Development & Learning Excellence

Are you a compassionate professional with a passion for helping children thrive??We are seeking a dedicated Treatment Coordinator to join our multidisciplinary pediatric team at CANDLE, where we work with children with Autism, ADHD, GDD, CP, and other neurodevelopmental challenges.

Speech & Language Therapy
Psychology
Occupational Therapy
Special Education (clinical experience required)

Key Responsibilities



Coordinate and plan individualized treatment protocols based on multidisciplinary consultations.
Serve as the primary point of contact for parents after doctor consultations--guiding them through therapy pathways and providing regular progress updates.
Work closely with therapists and doctors to ensure seamless implementation of care.
Provide timely feedback to families regarding the child's development and therapeutic goals.
Lead research and development efforts within the department.
Implement new, evidence-based treatment approaches aligned with global standards.
Support case documentation, team reviews, and quality assurance.

Required Qualifications



Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Speech Therapy, Psychology, Occupational Therapy, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience working with children in clinical, hospital, or therapy center settings.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills--fluency in English is essential; working knowledge of Hindi and native/regional languages is highly preferred.
Ability to work in a multicultural, family-centered environment.
Demonstrated experience in interdisciplinary teamwork and care coordination.
