Important: this is not a receptionist role - this is a sales role, not reception or administration

- to convert high-value aesthetic enquiries into confirmed bookings at our luxury clinic. Competitive salary + uncapped commission.

About the Role



This is a

sales-driven position

where your success is measured by how many enquiries you convert into confirmed bookings.

Derma Elite Polyclinic is a luxury aesthetics and wellness clinic specialising in injectables, laser, facials, and IV therapy. We are looking for a

Treatment Coordinator

to act as the

sales engine of the clinic

-- converting high-value leads, upselling packages, and ensuring every patient rebooks before leaving.

Key Responsibilities



Respond rapidly and instantly to patient enquiries via

WhatsApp, Instagram, phone, and walk-ins

.

Convert leads into confirmed bookings

and achieve/exceed monthly sales targets and a variety of key performance indicators set by the business. Upsell

treatment packages and add-ons

(Injectables + PRP, Laser + Facial, IV drips). Confidently handle

objections

(price, timing, hesitation) and close the sale. Ensure every patient is

rebooked before leaving

the clinic. Follow up proactively with

unconfirmed leads, cancellations, and no-shows

. Maintain accurate lead tracking and provide

weekly conversion + revenue reports

. Utilise Hubspot to manage conversions and demonstrate knowledge on the platform. Work closely with the

Receptionist and clinical staff

to ensure smooth patient flow. Develop strong relationships with patients, to improve their patient journey. Converse with patients after their treatments, to upsell further packages and offers. To advise patients on their treatments enquiries.

Requirements



Minimum

2 years' experience

in

aesthetics/clinic, or luxury hospitality sales

. Aware of clinical aesthetic treatments and their benefits/results. Knowledge of Hubspot advantageous. Polite, friendly and welcoming manner is imperative and to ensure you can communicate with a variety of patients in the correct tone of voice. Proven ability to

close sales and hit revenue targets

. Fluent in

English and Arabic

(other languages an advantage). WhatsApp/social media savvy with professional etiquette. Polished, confident, and comfortable discussing

packages, treatments, and pricing

. Motivated by

commission and performance results

.
