Budovsky clinic is looking for a
proactive and sales-driven Patient Manager (Treatment Coordinator)
to join our professional team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate is confident, persuasive, and passionate about helping patients begin their treatment journey in a premium dental environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Present and explain
treatment plans
to patients, motivating them to start treatment.
Prepare and structure treatment plans together with the doctors.
Coordinate and follow up
with patients throughout the entire treatment process.
Maintain strong communication and provide top-quality service at all times.
Track results and meet monthly treatment-start targets.
Handle returning and referral patients efficiently.
Requirements:
Previous experience in
sales, customer relations, and medical coordination
(dental experience is an advantage).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Fluent in Russian and
English
(additional languages are a plus).
Organized, positive, and responsible personality.
Familiarity with CRM systems and reporting tools.
