We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Agent - Travel Services (Russian-Speaking) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills to assist clients in planning and booking their trips.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with clients, understanding their travel preferences and desires, and providing personalized recommendations and itineraries tailored to their needs. Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the entire travel process. Stay up-to-date with travel trends, destinations, and industry changes. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any travel-related issues. Maintain detailed records of bookings and customer interactions.
Requirements:
Language:
Russian Speaking is mandatory.Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in the travel industry is advantageous.Strong knowledge of travel booking systems and online travel agencies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary AED 4500 + Commission will be provided.
