We are looking for a dynamic and confident Russian-speaking Customer Service / SalesAgent to join our growing team. If you have strong communication skills, excellent customer-handling abilities, and a passion for sales, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls with Russian-speaking customers. Assist clients with inquiries, product details, and service information. Convert leads into sales through effective communication. Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on pending deals. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth customer service flow. Provide daily reports and updates to management.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years experience here in UAE. Fluency in Russian and English is mandatory. Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Positive attitude, professional behavior, and ability to work under pressure. Availability to join immediately is an advantage.
