Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated RN Case Manager to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses or physicians, ensuring patients' comfort and well-being. Responsibilities Conduct physical examinations and patient assessments Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement care plans Provide health coaching and education to patients Administer injections and IV insertions as needed Perform catheterizations and other medical procedures Utilize eClinicalWorks for documentation and record-keeping Coordinate patient care in the operating room (OR) Travel nursing support may be required Requirements A minimum 1+ years of RN experience in Case management inpatient in acute care hospital settings. Active MA State RN License (Primary Source Verification required).
