Visawala Documents Clearing Services Co. LLC is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Processing Manager (Case Manager) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in visa processing and documentation services.

Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end processing of tourist visa applications for countries including Schengen States, UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Japan, and others. Prepare and review visa application forms, cover letters, travel itineraries, flight and hotel bookings, and travel insurance documentation. Communicate with clients regarding their application status, document requirements, and next steps. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa rules, documentation procedures, and embassy requirements. Ensure timely submission of applications and maintain a high accuracy level in documentation.
Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in visa processing/documentation. Strong knowledge of tourist visa requirements for Schengen, UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Japan, and other major destinations. Familiarity with preparing flight itineraries, hotel bookings, cover letters, and insurance documents. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written). Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently and work under tight deadlines.
