Job Summary:

The Case Manager is responsible of managing and control the self-pay admission case by case at Emergency dept and coordinate with all stakeholders, physicians, nurses, account for smooth patient journey and collections. manage case-to-case at ED, also visit the patients during their admission for clear payment plan. This role involves overseeing and supporting the organization's growth objectives.

Criteria for the role:

1. Bachelor's degree in nursing, or a clinical background is a must.

2. 2 to 3 years of comprehensive experience in the healthcare sector.

3. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop people across different geographies.

4. Experience working effectively in a self-directed, proactive, results-oriented, fast-paced environment.

5. Strong and problem-solving abilities to interpret complex patients and situations.

6. Ability to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to healthcare billing and collections.

7. Upholding the highest ethical standards in financial management, including integrity, transparency, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

8. Exceptional customer service skills to maintain positive relationships with patients and payers.

9. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally with other departments and teams within the organization.

10. Good communication skills is English. Arabic is highly preferred.

Salary Budget for the role is 10k to 15K (all Included)

Preferred Immediate Joiners.

Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED16,000.00 per month
