Key Responsibilities:
Handle client cases for immigration to Canada, New Zealand, the UK, and Europe.
Prepare and submit visa applications, supporting documents, and case files.
Provide expert advice to clients on immigration pathways and requirements.
Maintain accurate case notes and ensure timely follow-ups.
Deliver excellent customer service and manage client expectations professionally.
Key Requirements:
1+ years of proven experience in immigration services (preferred).
Strong knowledge of immigration procedures and document preparation.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Client-focused mindset with attention to detail.
