Travel Coordinator

Job Description

We are looking for a Travel/admin coordinator (female) who is enthusiastic and well- organized to provide administrative and also coordinate travel in a timely and professional manner. Candidates with previous experience in a travel agent role will be given priorty.

Skills required



- Excellent written and oral communication in English and Tagalog is a must.
- Good organizational skills.
- Proactive and ability to multi task
- Problem solver
- Ability to understand the requirements and offer appropriate solutions to the client.
- MS office skills a must. ( Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word ..)

Job duties



- Respond to calls , emails and inquiries on social media platforms promptly.

- Provide appropriate service options to clients according to their needs and requirements.

- Book client appointments for office consultation to present our services.

- Follow up with new or potential clients to close sales .

- Ensure all payments received are communicated to the accountant for invoicing .

- Provide assistance and guidance to clients with regards to their documents.

- Coordinate with suppliers and service providers to ensure effective execution of apostille/attestation

- Seek feedback from clients who used our services .

- Provide administrative support to Managing partners of the company.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
