For our office in Abu Dhabi, we are looking for
Office Administrator/Travel Coordinator
The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in the UAE, handling office administration, managing supplies and staff, coordinating with vendors, and arranging travel and visa requirements for the team
Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day office administration to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies, ensuring timely replenishment.
  • Manage and supervise the office assistant for daily tasks and upkeep.
  • Handle vendor management, including coordination, negotiations, and maintaining vendor relationships.
Coordinating Travel arrangement for the Entire team, including:
  • Liaising with travel agents for booking and change requests.
  • Maintaining accurate travel records.
  • Coordinating visit and business visa requests for inbound and outbound travel.
  • Ensure proper processing and tracking of visa documentation and travel requirements.
  • Manage Monday.com boards for tracking travel, Business/Visit Visa, and administrative workflows (experience is an advantage).
  • Handle any other admin-related tasks related to office management as needed.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the UAE as an Office Administrator or Executive Assistant.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Well-spoken with excellent communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy, with proficiency in MS Office; experience with Monday.com is an added advantage.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Experience in vendor management and basic procurement.
