Position Title:



Travel Consultant - Front Office & Phone Sales (Female Candidates Only)

Location: Dubai, UAE

Candidate Profile Criteria General Requirements



Female candidates only (2 positions available) Age range: preferably 21-30 years old Must be

presentable, stylish, and polished in appearance

Strong command of

spoken and written English & Arabic or Russian is preferred

Friendly, confident, and clear phone voice

Personality & Soft Skills



Excellent communication skills

- warm, persuasive, and client-focused Energetic and positive personality with

good interpersonal skills

Comfortable speaking with walk-in clients and handling customer inquiries Sales-oriented mindset with ability to

recommend and upsell

flights, tours, and hotels

Politeness, grooming, and charm

are essential, as they represent the image of the company

Job Duties



Handle

inbound and outbound sales

calls Welcome and assist

walk-in clients

at the office Consult clients on

flight options

,

tour packages

,

hotels

, and

visa services

Follow up on leads, build client relationships, and close bookings

Experience & Education



Basic experience in travel sales

is required (e.g., airline, hotel reservations, or tourism agency) Familiarity with travel or hospitality services is a plus Must be

willing to learn quickly

- training will be provided

Compensation



Salary:

AED 3,000 - 3,500 per month

Attractive bonuses/commissions

based on performance Full-time position with potential for growth

Work Environment



Office-based in Dubai Professional yet friendly and dynamic team Role involves both

phone-based and face-to-face interaction


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
