• Provide guidance on required documents, timelines, and eligibility criteria
• Assist in updating CRM systems and report weekly conversion performance
• Work closely with other team members to achieve monthly sales targets
• Ensure professionalism, confidentiality, and empathy in all client communications

Ideal Profile

• Prior experience in telesales, immigration consulting, or customer support
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Proficient in Excel, Outlook, and basic computer tools
• Well-organized, confident, and able to handle high call volumes
