Front Office & Sales Coordinator
to handle client inquiries and provide efficient support to our sales team.
The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for customers--whether walk-ins, phone calls, or emails--and will be responsible for logging inquiries and assigning them to the appropriate sales personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner
Receive and manage incoming calls and emails
Record all inquiries and forward them to the relevant sales staff
Maintain accurate logs of customer interactions
Provide administrative support to the sales and operations team
Keep the front office area organized and presentable
Requirements:
Female candidates only
Must be on spouse or husband visa (mandatory)
Minimum 1 year of experience in front office, sales coordination, or customer service
Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus
Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Presentable, courteous, and organized
Preferred:
Prior experience in construction, MEP, or fire safety-related fields
Knowledge of CRM or inquiry management tools
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
