The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a good command of English, and the ability to manage documentation and sales processes efficiently from the comfort of their home.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain accurate documentation and records.
Prepare and process documents related to sales, orders, and client communications.
Handle customer inquiries and provide product/service information.
Assist the sales team with lead generation, follow-ups, and closing sales.
Maintain effective communication with clients through email, phone, and chat.
Prepare sales reports and maintain sales databases.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.
Requirements:
Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Strong documentation and organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in sales or documentation (preferred but not required).
