Key Responsibilities:
Handle flight bookings, ticket issuance, reissuance, and cancellations.
Manage UAE tourist visa applications and documentation.
Plan and coordinate travel itineraries and holiday packages.
Provide high-quality customer service and support to clients.
Maintain good relationships with suppliers and travel partners.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the
Dubai travel and tourism industry
.
Proficiency in GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) is an advantage.
Solid knowledge of UAE travel regulations and visa processes.
Strong communication and client-handling skills.
Currently based in Dubai or with prior Dubai experience.
Preferred:
Candidates who are available to join immediately or within a short notice period.
