We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented
BIM Architect
with over 5 years of consultancy experience, including at least 2 years in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in
conceptual and detailed design
, combined with advanced knowledge of
BIM workflows

Revit
, and
AutoCAD
.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage architectural concepts and detailed design packages using BIM platforms
Prepare, review, and coordinate architectural drawings, models, and technical documentation
Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality and local authority regulations
Collaborate with structural, MEP, and interior design teams to maintain design integrity
Conduct site visits and provide BIM-based technical support during construction phases
Support project managers and clients with BIM coordination and reporting
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a recognized university
Minimum 5 years of consultancy experience, with at least 2 years in Dubai
Proven expertise in
Revit
,
AutoCAD
, and BIM workflows
Strong portfolio showcasing concept and detailed design projects
Familiarity with Dubai Municipality submission procedures and standards
Excellent knowledge of building codes, materials, and construction methods
Strong communication, leadership, and coordination skills
Ability to work under pressure and deliver within deadlines
