with over 5 years of consultancy experience in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical design, site coordination, and technical documentation, with proven expertise inRevit
andAutoCAD
.Key Responsibilities:
Design, prepare, and review mechanical drawings and HVAC/plumbing/firefighting calculations Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams Ensure compliance with local authority regulations (Dubai Municipality, DCD, etc.) Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues Prepare BOQs, specifications, and tender documentation Support project managers with technical input and reporting
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering Minimum 5 years of consultancy experience in Dubai Proficiency in
Revit
,AutoCAD
, and MS Office Familiarity with submission procedures and standards of local authorities Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems Excellent communication and coordination skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesBIM knowledge is an advantage
