Responsibilities:
- Provide expert travel advice and recommendations to clients
- Book flights, hotels, and other travel arrangements
- Manage travel documentation, visas, and insurance
- Resolve travel-related issues and complaints
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and travel restrictions
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the UAE travel industry
- Strong knowledge of travel products and services
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
