Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of inbound and outbound tours, ensuring exceptional client experiences. Handle international visa processes and provide guidance to clients. Book transportation, hotel accommodations, and other travel services on behalf of clients. Plan and manage large-scale events for high volumes of inbound guests. Execute social media marketing strategies, including video presentations, to promote travel services and destinations. Resolve travel-related issues, including handling complaints and managing refunds. Maintain accurate client information and financial records. Stay up-to-date with the latest travel and tourism trends to ensure clients receive the most current advice and recommendations.

Requirements:

2 years of experience in managing inbound and outbound tours, as well as handling international visas. In-depth knowledge of domestic and foreign travel destinations. Strong sales and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships. Effective communication and negotiation skills. Excellent understanding of the latest trends and developments in the tourism industry. Experience in social media marketing, including video content creation, is an advantage. preferably immediate joiners
