We are seeking an enthusiastic

Travel Consultant (Female Only)

to join our team! If you have a passion for helping clients fulfill their travel goals and are well-versed in preparing visa documentation and correspondence, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Consultation

: Advise clients on travel options, visa requirements, and destination-related details for Tourist and Business visas.

Documentation Preparation

: Assist clients in gathering required documents and prepare detailed

cover letters

explaining the purpose of travel and assurance of return.

Sales & Targets

: Meet individual performance targets through effective client engagement. This is an

indoor sales

role - no client visits required.

Follow-Up & Communication

: Regularly follow up with clients via

WhatsApp, emails, and calls

to ensure smooth processing and build trust.

Office Coordination

: Handle day-to-day

office work, manage email correspondence, and attend to landline calls

professionally.

Customer Relationship Management

: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure repeat and referral business.

Self-Monitoring

: Review and assess your own performance to continuously improve and exceed targets.

Requirements:

Proven experience in

visa documentation

and travel consultancy preferred. Strong skills in drafting professional

cover letters

for visa applications. Excellent

communication and interpersonal skills

. Must be

convincing and confident

in client interactions. Ability to

work under pressure

and meet deadlines. Strong team player with a proactive attitude. Comfortable with

office tools

, email handling, and managing phone calls.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
