Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service by offering expert travel advice and booking support.
Arrange complete travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, car rentals, tours, and activities.
Process travel bookings, issue tickets, and handle holiday packages.
Advise clients on visa requirements and assist with UAE visa applications.
Manage customer queries and resolve complaints efficiently.
Stay updated on industry trends, destinations, and travel regulations.
Drive sales growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities across corporate and private sectors in the UAE.
Requirements
Minimum
1-2 years of experience
as a Travel Consultant / Sales Executive in the UAE.
Valid
UAE driving licence
.
Strong knowledge of UAE travel industry regulations, visa processes, and destinations.
Proficiency in ticketing systems and holiday booking software.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail with a proactive and sales-driven approach.
