Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Travel Consultant and Tour Coordinator to join our team in Abu Dhabi.

Job Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and book domestic and international travel services, including flights, hotels, tours, transfers, and visa processing. Coordinate and create customized tour packages and itineraries based on client preferences and budgets. Maintain accurate records of reservations, client information, payments, and travel documents. Liaise with hotels, airlines, tour operators, and other partners to secure competitive rates and quality services. Provide detailed and up-to-date information on destinations, travel requirements, insurance, and local regulations. Handle client inquiries, changes, cancellations, and special requests promptly and professionally. Organize and coordinate group tours, corporate travel, and special interest trips. Stay updated with travel trends, seasonal offers, and new destinations to proactively promote to clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Ensure excellent customer service before, during, and after travel to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Skills Needed:

Strong knowledge of travel booking systems and platforms. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure. Good understanding of visa processes, travel insurance, and global destinations. Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Travel Consultant . Nationality: Philipino Prefered
