Job Opportunity: Travel Consultant (Amadeus Expert)

We are currently seeking a

skilled and experienced Travel Consultant

to join our Dubai head office. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with

Amadeus

, solid knowledge of the UAE travel industry, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional service by offering expert travel advice and tailor-made travel solutions Plan and book travel itineraries including

flights, hotels, holiday packages, car rentals

, and other activities Process travel bookings and issue tickets using

Amadeus

GDS Advise clients on

visa requirements

and assist with

UAE visa application processing

Handle customer queries, complaints, and resolve issues professionally and efficiently Keep up-to-date with travel trends, airline promotions, visa regulations, and destination updates Maintain accurate records of bookings and client preferences Work closely with the internal team to design and promote exclusive travel experiences

Requirements:

Minimum

2 years of experience

in the UAE as a Travel Consultant or Agent

Expert-level proficiency in Amadeus

GDS (mandatory) Strong understanding of

UAE travel regulations

, visa requirements, and regional destinations Excellent

customer service, sales, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Proficient in travel booking systems and holiday package software Attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills Fluency in English (Arabic or other language skills is a plus)
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
