Plan and arrange tour packages, excursions, and day trips.
Book transportation, make hotel reservations, and collect payment/fees.
Offer information and guidance about visas, passports, insurance, and customs regulations.
Use reservation systems such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo to book flights and accommodations.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and cancellations professionally.
Stay up to date with travel trends, restrictions, and regulations.
Promote and sell travel-related products such as insurance, tour packages, and special deals.
Build and maintain client relationships to ensure repeat business.
Provide after-sales support to ensure a smooth travel experience.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience as a travel consultant or similar role.
Knowledge of computer reservation systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Sales and negotiation abilities.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Multilingual ability is a plus.
Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or relevant field is preferred.
