We are looking for an experienced travel consultant to join our organization who's well versed in using GDS (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre) with advance level experience and should be able to void, re-issue, tax calculation, re-validation, partial re-issue, cancel, applying for refund. etc...In this role your core responsibilities include creating reservations, quoting fares, and issuing of tickets. You will serve customers professionally through telephone or in person to achieve customer satisfaction and generate revenue.
Responsibilities:
Understand clients' travel requirements and convince them by advising appropriate fixed destinations.
Creating reservations, quoting fares, and issuing tickets.
Responsible for making and confirming travel arrangements.
Respond to emails with reservation information, confirmations, and additional details.
Answer phones and assist customers in making, altering, or cancelling reservations.
Serve customers professionally through telephone or in person to achieve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Currently in UAE.
Prior experience 2+ years as a travel consultant.
Expert in using GDS (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre).
IATA ticketing knowledge.
Ability to work independently and as a team.
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Candidates must be fluent in multiple languages
