Sikt Safar Travel and Tourism is seeking a dynamic and experienced Travel Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Arabic and English, with a strong background in the travel industry, particularly in creating and managing holiday packages. We're looking for someone with a passion for travel, a commitment to exceptional customer service, and the ability to handle bookings across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and organize domestic and international holiday packages tailored to client preferences.
Offer expert advice on destinations, travel insurance, visa processes, and travel itineraries.
Book flights, accommodations, tours, and related travel services using GDS and other reservation systems.
Manage booking changes, cancellations, and address client concerns professionally and efficiently.
Promote and upsell Sikt Safar's travel products and special offers.
Keep up-to-date with travel trends, seasonal destinations, and tourism updates.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and follow-up.
Requirements & Skills:
Minimum 2 years of experience in the travel trade, with a focus on holiday and leisure travel packages.
Proven experience as a Travel Consultant or similar role.
Hands-on knowledge of travel reservation systems, including CRS and GDS platforms (Galileo, Amadeus, Sabre).
Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory (spoken and written).
Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
A genuine passion for travel and helping clients create unforgettable experiences.
