Our company is a premier luxury travel agency and is looking for a highly skilled and responsible full-time Travel Agent to manage and execute all company clients' trips simultaneously with a high degree of efficiency and accuracy. We are looking for someone who isn't afraid to fully own their role! The Role Key Responsibilities:
Multiple Trip Administration: This role will be responsible for administrating a volume of client trips and travel bookings at the same time. Keeping up with and exceeding short turn times, following up with requests until received timely, escalating appropriately, and never missing a detail or deadline.
Client Communication: This role will be responsible for outbound and inbound client communication management. Personally handling client calls and writing emails while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and service.
CRM Software Management: Build and maintain client preferences and standards in our CRM Software, continually adding to better understand and serve our clients. Organize and relay information collected to the rest of the company to increase the knowledge of our customers across all departments.
Daily Tasks
Maintain all client trips in Project Management Software, constantly updated so the owner and senior management can see real-time status
Religiously follow up with booking requests to ensure timely reservations
Collaborating with internal and external Management to execute on travel plans
Follow up with Clients to ensure satisfaction or identify room for improvement
Ideal Profile Requirements
Must have at least 2 years experience in a luxury travel firm.
