Responsibilities:

- Assist clients in selecting and booking travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities.

- Provide personalized recommendations based on clients' preferences, budget, and travel goals.

- Research destinations, attractions, and travel options to stay updated on the latest trends and offerings.

- Handle inquiries, reservations, and payments in a professional and timely manner.

- Coordinate with travel partners and vendors to confirm bookings and resolve any issues that may arise.

- Stay informed about travel regulations, entry requirements, and health and safety guidelines to provide accurate information to clients.

- Maintain client records and follow up with post-travel feedback and support.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a travel agent or in a similar role, with knowledge of the travel industry and popular destinations.
