Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused

Travel Agent

to join our team at AFI Travel & Tourism. The ideal candidate will not only assist clients with travel planning and bookings but also create engaging promotional content, including short videos, to showcase our travel packages. This role offers attractive incentives in addition to a base salary, rewarding high performance and sales achievements.

Key Responsibilities

Assist customers in planning and booking domestic and international travel packages, including flights, hotels, tours, and visas. Create and publish engaging

promotional videos

on travel packages for social media and digital platforms. Promote seasonal deals, special offers, and customized holiday packages. Provide excellent customer service by handling inquiries, offering travel advice, and resolving issues. Stay updated with travel industry trends, airline policies, and destination knowledge. Maintain and grow client relationships by delivering outstanding service. Achieve sales targets to earn performance-based

Qualifications

Education:

Higher Secondary / Bachelor's Degree (Tourism, Marketing, or related field preferred).

Experience:

Prior experience in travel & tourism, ticketing, or sales is an advantage.

Skills:

Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of travel booking systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.) is a plus. Creativity and confidence in making promotional videos. Social media handling skills preferred. Customer service-oriented mindset.
