Consult with clients to tailor travel plans (flights, hotels, tours).
Create and book travel and holiday packages, including flights, hotels, and activities
Book and manage travel using GDS ( Amadeus, Sabre).
Handle visas, destinations, UAE travel regulations, and international requirements.
Upsell services like insurance or premium options.
Resolve travel issues and support clients during disruptions.
Promote special offers and holiday deals to meet sales targets when required.
Mentor junior staff and maintain supplier relationships.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of travel consultancy experience (1-2 years senior-level).
Proficiency in GDS and strong customer service skills.
Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages a plus.
Knowledge of UAE travel industry and trends.
IATA certification preferred.
