Understand clients' travel needs, preferences, and budgets
Offer destination advice, travel packages, and accommodation options
Booking & Reservations:
Book flights, hotels, car rentals, cruises, and holiday packages
Secure competitive prices through airline GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo)
Visa & Documentation Support:
Guide clients through UAE visa application procedures (tourist, transit, business)
Assist with documentation such as insurance, PCR requirements, and travel permits
Itinerary Planning:
Design personalized travel itineraries including tours, activities, and transfers
Ensure alignment with UAE holidays, cultural events, and religious considerations
Customer Service & Support:
Provide 24/7 support for clients during travel (especially in case of changes or emergencies)
Handle cancellations, rebookings, refunds, and complaints professionally
Compliance & Coordination:
Stay updated on UAE immigration and travel policies (GDRFA, ICA approvals)
Work closely with airlines, hotels, and local tour operators for seamless service
Sales & Marketing (Optional):
Promote travel packages via social media or travel platforms
Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business
Skills & Qualifications:
Experience in the UAE travel industry (2-5 years preferred)
Proficiency in GDS software (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo)
Strong knowledge of UAE tourism destinations and regional travel trends
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic or other languages a plus)
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
