Key Responsibilities:



Consult with clients to determine their travel needs, preferences, and budget. Plan and sell

flight reservations

,

transportation

,

hotel accommodations

,

travel insurance

,

tours & excursions

,

visas

,

holiday packages

& many more. Provide advice on

travel documents

,

customs regulations

,

visa requirements

, and

local tourism

. Use computer reservation systems (e.g.,

Amadeus

,

Galileo

,

Sabre

) &

B2B

portals

to book flights and hotels. Process

payments

and issue

invoices

and

travel documents

. Stay up-to-date with

industry trends

,

travel restrictions

, and

destination

updates. Handle travel changes,

cancellations

, and emergency situations with

professionalism

. Build and maintain strong

relationships

with clients and

travel service providers

. Promote

travel packages

and upsell services to

maximize revenue

.

Requirements:



Proven experience as a travel agent or in a similar role in the travel industry. Proficiency in

GDS

(

Global Distribution

System

) platforms such as

Amadeus

,

Galileo

, or

Sabre

. Strong knowledge of

UAE visa

processes,

tours

&

excursions

and travel regulations. Excellent

communication

and

customer service skills

. Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under pressure. Fluency in

English

&

Arabic

is a must. A diploma or certification in

travel

,

tourism

, or

hospitality

is preferred.
