Key Responsibilities:
Assist walk-in, phone, and online customers with travel inquiries.Promote and sell travel packages, visa services, and holiday deals.Handle ticketing, hotel bookings, and tour reservations.Provide accurate information about destinations, travel routes, costs, and accommodation.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tourism trends and travel restrictions.Build strong customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.Coordinate with operations and reservations team for smooth delivery of services.
Requirements:
Proven experience in travel sales or a similar customer-facing role.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong sales aptitude and ability to meet targets.Working knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre) is a plus.Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of other languages is a plus.Good organizational and problem-solving skills.Presentable and customer-focused attitude.
