We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our tourism company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling travel packages, building strong customer relationships, and generating leads. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base, creating customized travel itineraries, and providing excellent customer service from inquiry to booking.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Promote and sell inbound and outbound travel packages to individual and corporate clients.
Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing detailed information and travel options.
Develop customized travel itineraries based on client preferences, budget, and travel history.
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Maintain a database of clients and prospects using CRM software.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
Stay updated with travel trends, destinations, visa requirements, and industry news.
Participate in marketing campaigns, events, and travel fairs to promote company services.
Handle complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain regular communication with repeat clients and build long-term relationships.
Experience & Skills Required:
Minimum 1 years of proven experience in sales within the tourism or travel industry.
Strong knowledge of travel destinations, tour operations, and travel documentation (visa, insurance, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English is a must
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
