At Al Ashjan Travels, we're looking for a motivated Travel Agent who thrives on closing sales, building strong customer relationships, and helping people explore the world.
What You'll Do:
Actively bring in new customers and corporate clients
Increase bookings for flights, holiday packages, hotel reservations, visas & Umrah
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets to unlock additional commission
Provide excellent customer service with a friendly, professional approach
Stay updated with travel deals, destinations, and promotions to maximize sales
What We Offer:
Base Salary: AED 1,200 to 1,500 monthly
Commission Bonus: Earn more by exceeding your targets

What We're Looking For:
Sales experience (travel industry preferred but not required)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Fluent in English (Arabic, Urdu or Hindi is a plus)
Target-driven, energetic, and customer-focused
UAE experience or knowledge of local travel market is an advantage
