Job Description

Pure Prestige Hotel Management LLC is a leading name in the hospitality industry, known for managing high-end properties and delivering premium experiences. We are currently looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Travel Agent to join our team and support our travel and guest services.

Key Responsibilities:



Arrange domestic and international travel bookings, including flights, hotels, transportation, and tours Advise clients on travel options, regulations, and destination details Handle travel documentation, itineraries, and visa requirements Ensure all reservations are accurate and confirmed with suppliers Provide exceptional customer service and handle client concerns professionally Stay up-to-date with travel trends, promotions, and changes in travel policies Coordinate with hotels and other service providers for corporate and group bookings

Requirements:



Previous experience as a travel agent or in a similar role Knowledge of travel booking systems (e.g., GDS, Amadeus, Sabre) Strong communication and organizational skills Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple bookings Fluent in English; other languages are an advantage Ability to work independently and under pressure
