Overview of the role:
Collection of data and information the existing system.
Work very closely with Transport Management system implementation team and Stakeholder for the implementation of the Transport Management within Al Futtaim Logistics.
Responsible for the efficient planning and performance of all transport movements.
Super-user able to understand and train the trainer program. Train the key trainer within AFL. First point of contact for any system issue / planning
Supervision of daily movements recording for tracking and billing purpose. Maintain all required information in new system (correctly and on time) inc. timing, driver and vehicle allocation, rates.
Analysis of trip information, fleet efficiency and vehicle running costs and the optimisation thereof.
Enable management to reduce drivers and vehicles idling time and drivers over time up to necessary minimum.
