Job Description

Logistics coordinator, customs clearing, freight forwarding, admin officer responsibilities include: - Overseeing all supply chain operations. - Organizing and managing inventory, storage and transportation. - Analyzing and optimizing logistical procedures. - Reviewing, preparing pricing, quoting and routing all shipments, deliveries, costing, timelines - Answering customer queries - Shipment clearing documents - Manage data in spreadsheets and reports - Keep records and reports up to date - Maintain the budget plan - Handling technical issues in their area of expertise - Carrying out clerical duties including answering phones and preparing documents - Planning shipments based on product availability and customer requests - Tracking orders to ensure timely deliveries - Preparing shipping documents (like invoices, purchase orders and bills of lading, expert in Dubai trade portal and Flair software) Job Types: Full time, permanent Requirements and skills
  • Work experience as a Logistics Administrator, Warehouse Administrator or similar role for more than 4 years
  • Knowledge of logistics software or transport management systems
  • Basic accounting knowledge
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Good communication skills
  • BSc in Supply chain management, Logistics or relevant field
